RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt by bringing it to our store or shipping it back to us.
To be eligible for a return please adhere to the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags provided
- Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty

EXCHANGE
If you request an exchange, we will provide a one-time complimentary shipment of the replacement item. Only applicable to countries within the EU. A second exchange will incur a charge.
REFUNDS
After receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of its receipt. Following the inspection, we will notify you of your refund status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
