General conditionsDispatch, responsibility, delays
  • Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.
  • Goods are under the responsibility of the seller until actual delivery to the buyer.
  • Delivery must be made within 30 days, otherwise you may withdraw and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Errors leading to re-shipment are at the buyer's expense.
  • Deliveries are made to EU countries by default. Orders outside Europe require a special contact request.
  • Delivery times are approximate. Billy.be reserves the right to split orders at no extra charge.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, or carrier incidents.
  • On delivery, note any anomaly (damage, missing items) in writing on the delivery form before signing.

How to sign for a packageProtect yourself in case of damage

If these steps are not followed, we may not be able to submit a claim for damaged goods on your behalf.

Step 1

Inspect before signing

Check the exterior for tears, dents, or holes before you accept the package.

Step 2

Document the condition

Photograph all sides. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or electronic device.

Step 3

Sign with a reservation

Write "Subject to inspection" or "Damaged packaging, contents not inspected" on the receipt.

Step 4

Check contents promptly

Open the package immediately after delivery and photograph any damaged goods.
