The jacket is made of PU laminated nylon and prevents wind and water from seeping in. Featuring an adjustable neck and elastic closures, the Wind Barrier fits well around your waist and even has a hole for your spreaderbar hook in the jacket, so you can go kiting in it without hesitation.
