Shipping policy

General conditions

  • Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.
  • Goods are under the responsibility of the seller until actual delivery to the buyer.
  • Delivery must be made within 30 days, otherwise you may withdraw and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Errors leading to re-shipment are at the buyer's expense.
  • Deliveries are made to EU countries by default. Orders outside Europe require a special contact request.
  • Delivery times are approximate. Billy.be reserves the right to split orders at no extra charge.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, or carrier incidents.
  • On delivery, note any anomaly (damage, missing items) in writing on the delivery form before signing.

  • Rest of world: Contact us. Shipping is handled case by case. We prepare a custom quote based on UPS rates and the specific product(s) to be shipped.

Orders shipped outside the EU

Prices shown exclude Belgian VAT (21%). Upon delivery, local VAT and customs fees may apply and are your responsibility, paid directly to the carrier. Contact us before ordering so we can prepare an accurate quote based on UPS rates and your product.

Wing / foil / surfboard shipping rates

All boards are exempt from free shipping. If your destination is not listed below, contact us for a quote.

  • Benelux — €35/board: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
  • Rest of Europe — €50/board: All other EU and EEA countries

How to sign for a package

If these steps are not followed, we may not be able to submit a claim for damaged goods on your behalf.

  1. Inspect before signing: Check the exterior for tears, dents, or holes before you accept the package.
  2. Document the condition: Photograph all sides. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or electronic device.
  3. Sign with a reservation: Write "Subject to inspection" or "Damaged packaging, contents not inspected" on the receipt.
  4. Check contents promptly: Open the package immediately after delivery and photograph any damaged goods.
