A neoprene seat pad gives a little more grip while splashing around. This towable also comes with our innovative Drain Tech systems which makes for a better water flow that results in less friction on the water, giving you a smoother ride and less fuel consumption. The Scout is fully covered in durable 420 denier nylon with a welded 24 gauge PVC bladder. Easily connect your rope to the quick connector.
