Quick Humps is available in six different formulas, each optimized for specific water temperatures. The "X" rating indicates the softness and stickiness level: lower numbers are softer and more adhesive, while higher numbers are harder and more durable.

- 1X (X-Cold): 14°C and below
- 2X (Cold): 9°C to 20°C
- 3X (Cool): 14°C to 23°C
- 4X (Mid-Warm): 18°C to 26°C
- 5X (Warm): 21°C to 29°C

For optimal performance, Quick Humps can be used alone or combined in a basecoat/topcoat system. Harder waxes such as Tropical formulas are often used as a base layer to build structure, while softer waxes or Dream Cream topcoats add maximum stickiness and traction on top.
