Which Riding Position is Right for You?

Relaxed — 90°  Upright posture, back vertical. Typical of city and Dutch bikes. Sit bones spread wide, requiring a broader saddle.

Moderate — 60°  Slight forward lean, hybrid or trekking style. Weight shared between sit bones and hands — the versatile all-rounder.

Athletic — 45°  Pronounced forward lean, sport or fitness riding. More weight on the hands, sit bones closer together — a narrower, more dynamic profile.
